This Privacy Policy explains what personal data VYSN AI collects, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and the rights you have under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it. Zutures Lab is the Data Fiduciary for your personal data.
1. Data we collect

Health information. Your messages may include health details you choose to share. We use them only to answer you. Please do not enter Aadhaar, phone numbers, addresses or other people's details.
What we do not collect: location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone recordings, or payment details. If you use voice input, your browser or phone converts speech to text using its own speech service (for example Google or Apple) under their privacy terms; only the resulting text reaches us.
2. How we use your data
- to provide VYSN AI, including generating answers and saving your history;
- to verify your email, keep your account secure and prevent misuse;
- to apply usage limits and plans;
- to review reported answers and improve safety and quality;
- to send essential emails such as codes and security alerts (no marketing emails without your separate consent);
- to comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your data, show advertising, build advertising profiles, or use your chats to train our own AI models.
3. Legal basis
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you create your account, and for certain legitimate uses permitted by law (for example, complying with a legal obligation or responding to a medical emergency).
4. Who we share data with
- OpenAI (United States), which processes your messages to generate answers. OpenAI states that data sent through its API is not used to train its models by default and may be kept for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.
- Our hosting and email providers, which store the database and deliver our emails.
- Google, only if you choose "Continue with Google": Google confirms your identity and shares your name and email with us under Google's own privacy policy.
- Authorities, only where required by law or to protect someone's life or safety.
Our service providers may only use your data to provide services to us. Some processing happens outside India, which the law permits unless the Government restricts transfers to a particular country.
5. How long we keep data
- Account and profile: while your account exists.
- Chats: until you delete them or your account.
- Security records: up to 180 days. One-time codes: up to 7 days. Rate-limit records: up to 2 days.
- If you delete your account, we erase your account, chats, usage and quiz data from our live systems straight away. Copies in hosting backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
- If you do not sign in for 3 years, we may delete your account after notifying you at least 48 hours beforehand.
6. Your rights

For requests by email, write from your registered email address so we can identify you. We respond within 30 days, and in any case within the 90 days allowed by the DPDP Rules. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India after using our grievance process.
7. Children
VYSN AI is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), strong password hashing, hashed one-time codes, limits on sign-in and code attempts, protection against cross-site attacks, and restricted access to our servers. No system is perfectly secure. If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
9. Cookies and device storage
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. VYSN AI also stores small preferences on your device (theme, whether you have seen the tutorial or dismissed a banner). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we will tell you in the app and ask for your consent again where required.
