These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Zutures Lab ("we", "us", "our"), which operates VYSN AI at vysnai.com and in the VYSN AI web app. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using VYSN AI, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Medical Disclaimer.
1. Who we are
VYSN AI is an AI health information and medical education service created by Rakshit Raj Singh Deori and operated by Zutures Lab. It is built on a large language model provided by OpenAI and customised for health.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
- You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
- VYSN AI is designed for users in India. If you use it elsewhere, you are responsible for following your local laws.
3. Your account
- You must verify your email address with a one-time code before using VYSN AI.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once at norepy@vysnai.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
- One person, one account. Do not share, sell or transfer your account.
4. Health professional and student accounts
- Professional status is declared by you. Where you give a registration number, we may check it against public registers. A "Verified" label only means we checked that number; it is not an endorsement of your qualifications.
- Professional features (tutor, MCQs, clinical cases) are for education only. They are not clinical decision support and must not be used to make decisions about real patients.
- Never enter information that identifies a real patient, such as names, phone numbers, ID or hospital numbers, photos or exact dates of birth.
- Giving false professional details may lead to suspension of your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use VYSN AI for anything illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory or misleading;
- seek or share instructions for self-harm, harming others, or obtaining medicines unlawfully;
- enter other people's personal data without their permission;
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your identity or qualifications;
- try to get around safety features, usage limits or security controls, or to extract our system instructions;
- copy, scrape, resell, reverse-engineer or overload the service, or use automated tools to access it;
- present VYSN AI's answers as advice from a qualified professional.
- ask VYSN AI for help using recreational drugs, getting prescription medicines without a prescription, faking medical documents, or finding out a baby's sex (which is illegal in India).
VYSN AI uses an automatic safety filter that refuses harmful requests. Repeated attempts to get around it may lead to your account being suspended.
6. AI-generated answers
- Answers are produced automatically by artificial intelligence. They can be incorrect, incomplete, out of date or not right for your situation, even when they sound confident.
- VYSN AI only answers health and medical questions and will decline other topics.
- You are responsible for how you use any answer. Always check important information with a qualified doctor, pharmacist or other professional.
- Use the report button under any answer to tell us about mistakes.
7. Plans and limits
- The free plan currently includes 15 AI messages a day. We may change limits to keep the service fair and sustainable, and will show current limits in the app.
- If we introduce paid plans, the price, billing period, renewal and refund terms will be shown clearly before you pay, and will form part of these Terms.
- Founding member offer. The first 15 people who create and verify an account after launch receive VYSN Pro free for 3 months from the day their account is verified, and a permanent Founding Member badge. Spots are given in the order accounts are verified, one per person; accounts created to claim extra spots may be removed from the offer. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred. When the free period ends, the account returns to the free plan unless you choose otherwise. Any future founder perks will be announced in the app. We may end the offer early for new sign-ups, but will not take away a spot already given except for misuse.
8. Your content
- You keep ownership of what you type ("your content"). You give us permission to store and process it only to provide, secure and improve VYSN AI, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell your content and do not use it for advertising.
- If you send us feedback or reports, we may use them to improve VYSN AI without obligation to you.
9. Our intellectual property
The VYSN AI name, logo, design, software and content (other than your content) belong to Zutures Lab or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not use them without our written permission.
10. Third-party services
VYSN AI relies on third parties, including OpenAI (AI processing) and our hosting and email providers. Links to other websites, including social media, are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using VYSN AI and delete your account at any time from Profile.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, create risk for others, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, VYSN AI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in VYSN AI creates a doctor–patient or other professional relationship.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zutures Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any decision or action taken on the basis of information from VYSN AI. Our total liability for any claim relating to VYSN AI is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to compensate Zutures Lab for reasonable losses and costs caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of VYSN AI.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make important changes, we will tell you in the app and ask you to accept them before you continue. The date at the top shows the latest version.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. Disputes that cannot be resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Haldwani, India.
